Create a book with its cover, blurb and details.
This is the heart of the theme. Here I will show you how to add a book.
1. Go to Books > Add New.
2. Enter the title of your book.
3. In the Excerpt field, write a short blurb of one or two sentences. This is the short text shown on the book cards.
4. In the main editor, write the full description of the book.
5. Set the cover as the Featured image. Covers look best at a 2:3 shape (for example 800 by 1200 pixels).
6. In the Publication details box, add the publication year and, if you sell directly, an optional price note.
7. Choose one or more Genres in the sidebar, or add new ones.
8. Publish.
Repeat for each book. Your newest book appears in the spotlight on the front page, and the others fill the bookshelf. You can control how many books show on the front page under Customize > Front Page; the rest appear behind the More books link.
