To exercise the right of withdrawal and get a full refund within 14 working days, you must inform me through e-mail: hello[at]chimene-graphics dot com. Provide your order details(theme name, order number).
You have the right to a full refund, IF
- theme is not as described and looks different from the demo version
- theme is not working properly because of theme related bugs that cannot be fixed
